Untitled 21

Sipping the cocktail with Athena,

I felt the burning sensation of strength,

In the back of my throat.

The Scallop From The Sea

Don’t tell anyone,

But Aphrodite is my favorite.

I can’t accurately put into words my love for her.

Maybe it’s fear.

A woman controlling love is the most deadly of them all,

Don’t you think?

I want to believe she looks down on me.

And I look up to her.

She let me embrace my femininity.

She showed me what it means to love.

I look at her and I see me.

Gaia

Mother Nature does not apologize for her raging seas.

When ships crash into the waves, she does not pull back. She only gives the sailors more furry.

Mother Nature does not apologize for her abundance.

She does not say, “I am sorry for the berries and the trees.”

She does not stop growing when a rabbit takes a nibble.

She is calm in her forests.

And explosive in her volcanoes.

She does not pause when she is scared.

She pierces the land and sky with lightning.
